Your Guide
I've been through two major heartbreaks. The first one, I numbed with weed, plant medicine, and a rebound relationship. The second one, I chose different. I quit numbing. Got into therapy. Found a men's coach. Joined men's groups. Brotherhood became the place where I could finally express what was real, be held, and learn emotional skill — not theory, actual capacity.
