I Didn't Find
This Work.
It Shaped Me.
Ancient Vedic wisdom, deep embodiment practice, and real lived experience of heartbreak and rebuilding. This isn't something I studied. It's something I survived.
"Heartbreak is not the end. It's an initiation."
How I Became a Men's Heartbreak Recovery Coach
I grew up in India, around meditation, discipline, and spiritual practice. My mother was a yogini. I was introduced to meditation when I was 5 or 6 years old. I went through formal practices like Transcendental Meditation early in life.
So on paper, I had everything. Awareness. Tools. Understanding.
But none of that stopped me from losing myself in love.
When I entered relationships, I didn't just love. I attached. I made my partner the center of my world. I gave more than I received. I adjusted myself to keep the connection. I told myself it was love.
But over time, something started fading. The attraction. The polarity. The sense of self.
And when the relationship ended, it didn't just hurt. It collapsed me.
Because I realized something I couldn't ignore:
I didn't just lose her.
I had lost myself inside the relationship.
That's where the real work began. Not in books. Not in ideas.
In my body. In my patterns. In my nervous system.
I had to sit with the grief instead of escaping it. See my codependency clearly. Rebuild my sense of self from the ground up.
That process changed everything.
The Three Pillars of My Coaching Approach
Ancient Vedic Wisdom
Raised in a tradition of meditation, discipline, and spiritual practice. Transcendental Meditation since childhood. This is in my blood, not just my bookshelf.
Deep Embodiment & Men's Work
Somatic practices, nervous system training, masculine polarity work. Moving beyond intellectualizing growth into visceral, felt experience in the body.
Lived Experience
Real heartbreak. Real rebuilding. Real transformation. I don't teach concepts. I guide men through what I've lived.
Most Men Try to Get
Over Heartbreak.
I Don't Believe in That.
I believe heartbreak is an initiation. A moment where life shows you where you abandoned yourself, where you attached instead of loved, and where you're being asked to grow.
Where You Abandoned Yourself
Heartbreak reveals the places where you stopped being you to keep the connection alive.
Where You Attached Instead of Loved
The difference between attachment and love changes everything about how you heal.
Where You're Being Asked to Grow
This isn't the end. It's the beginning of becoming someone you actually respect.

Frequently Asked Questions About Sunny Binjola
What qualifies Sunny Binjola as a men's coach?
expand_more
Sunny combines Vedic wisdom from his upbringing with extensive training in somatic healing, breathwork, and embodiment practices. His coaching is rooted in lived experience — he rebuilt himself after his own devastating heartbreak — and backed by neuroscience research on nervous system regulation and trauma recovery.
What is Sunny's coaching philosophy?
expand_more
Sunny's approach is built on three pillars: somatic healing (working with the body's nervous system through breathwork and movement), Vedic wisdom (ancient practices for presence and self-awareness), and embodied masculinity (rebuilding identity through action, not just insight). He believes healing happens in the body first, not just the mind.
Does Sunny only work with men going through breakups?
expand_more
No. While heartbreak recovery is a core specialty, Sunny works with men on purpose discovery, embodiment, leadership, and personal transformation. Many clients come seeking clarity, structure, and a deeper connection to themselves — not necessarily after a breakup.
