What does a session actually look like?

Sessions are 60-90 minutes via video call. We start with a check-in about what's happened since we last spoke. Then we move into the work — that might be somatic practice (breathwork, grounding), dialogue coaching, mirror work, or whatever serves your transformation. You leave with practices to integrate before the next session.

How long do people typically work together?

Every man's journey is unique. Most start with 3-6 months of weekly work to get grounded, then continue longer if the momentum is real. Some men work with me for a year or more as they move through different layers of transformation. We talk about what feels right for you during the discovery call.
