Sunny Binjola, men's embodiment coach

You can hold
more than this.

Most of your life works. It's the moments with her that don't. You shut down when things get hard. You lose yourself in relationships.

You replay the conversation on the drive home. You know exactly what you wanted to say. You just couldn't say it.

It isn't that you don't know better. Your body doesn't yet know how to stay. I know, because I spent years leaving myself.

I work one on one with men to build that capacity. To stay, when everything in you wants to leave.

One question

If you couldn't change her and couldn't blame her, what would you be left feeling?

Take away the blame.

Take away the control.

Whatever's still standing is the work.

Notice what your body did while you read that. That's the information.

The practice

Two minutes to feel what this work is.

In through the nose for four. Out through the mouth for six. Follow the circle.

Ready 10 breaths

This is the smallest version of what we do. The rest is a daily practice built for your pattern.

Four questions

That question was one of four.

These are the four I ask in the first month. Take one at a time, and notice what your body does before you answer.

Where it shows up

You already know these moments.

  • 01She asks what's wrong. You say nothing.
  • 02You say yes to what you don't want, and resent it by evening.
  • 03You leave in the middle of a conversation without moving.
  • 04There's anger you've never said out loud. You can feel where it sits.
  • 05You're good at your work and you feel nothing about it.
  • 06Porn, drink, weed, the scroll. You already know which one is yours.

These are all the same problem. You can't stay with what you feel, so you leave. Loudly, quietly, or with your body still in the room.

You learned it early. Don't cry. Toughen up. One valve for all of it, so when you shut off the pain, you shut off the love and the joy with it. The numbing was never the problem. It was the only tool you had.

The work

Three months. One on one.

We come back to the same pattern, over and over, until you can see it happening and choose differently in the moment.

We work with what's alive in your actual life. Your relationship, your work, your anger, your fear, your patterns. We bring it into the body, and I give you tools so you can choose better.

  • 01

    Ten private calls

    About one a week.

  • 02

    A daily practice

Breathwork and meditation, built for your pattern.

  • 03

    Voice and text

Between sessions, the whole three months. I reply within hours on weekdays.

  • 04

    Accountability

The kind that doesn't let you disappear.

What men notice

  • You stay present when she's upset, instead of shutting down or getting angry.
  • You say the true thing without attacking or withdrawing.
  • Anger stops being a leak and becomes fuel.
  • You stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace.
  • When she loves you, it actually lands.
  • Sex comes back, because you're actually in the room.

About me

Receiving certification in men's group facilitation from John Wineland.
Two years

Training and certification in men's group facilitation under John Wineland. I still sit in the chair as often as I sit beside it.

None of it stopped what came next.

I grew up in India around meditation. My mother is a yogini. I sat for my first practice at five years old.

Porn addiction.

Codependency. I made my partner the center of everything and called it love.

No boundaries. I couldn't say no, I couldn't ask for what I needed, and I didn't understand intimacy.

Lost in my work, with no idea what it was for.

I lost her. But I'd lost myself long before she left.

Underneath it, a fear of being left that I had never once looked at.

What put me back together was breath. Then men's work, coaching, therapy, and years of finding out who I actually am.

I'm not guessing about any of this. I lived every line of it, and I walked out.

Now I do the work I love. Opening the hearts of men.

From men I've worked with

"I was skeptical. I'm a logic guy. The body work rewired something that years of talk therapy never touched. I finally feel like myself again."
Andrew J.
"Sunny's work has had a positive impact on the way that I'm able to move in the world. He brings a presence and a strength that holds space for healing to unfold."

The first step

Start with a conversation.

Forty-five minutes. We start with an embodied practice so you feel what this is. You talk, I ask questions.

It's a serious three months and it's priced like one. You get the number on the call.

Are you willing to find out what's actually in the way?
