Love is not boundaryless.
Love is not boundaryless. That is your people pleasing that hasn't been integrated yet.
Love is open, welcoming, caring, yet honest and firm.
Loving others starts with loving yourself. You can only love anyone if you can love yourself first. You can only stop abandoning others when you don't abandon yourself.
Everything else is trauma covered in care.
Men hold this deep desire to love someone. Me included. I speak from experience. We were conditioned to make the woman we love the only person, and to give everything.
It creates the same problems every time. No boundaries in love. Neediness. Losing yourself. Not standing up for yourself. A dynamic that is unhealthy for both people, repeating.
We call it attachment styles. Incompatibility. I simply call it lack of deeper work and brotherhood.
Can you be present with yourself? Can you hold yourself in that much love? If you can't, you can't hold someone else.
So we start with you.

Four questions
I ask every man four questions.
Take one at a time, and notice what your body does before you answer.
They're on the way. Don't rush them.
