What makes us alive.

We look for love in so many ways. Through God. Through our partners. Through our parents, our children. Through our work, through what we create. Through the big experiences: the plant medicine, the men's work.

All of it is real. But what really connects us with ourselves? Can we feel that without the other? In our own experience, with our own being?

This is not about being less attached. That was never the question.

The question is what makes us alive. And how we can experience it in even greater capacity.

For me, the deeper thing under everything is feeling safe within yourself. Safe to love yourself. To love others. To be confident. To be alive. To be happy, to be joyous. To feel pleasure, to feel pain, to feel ecstasy.

That's the work. And that's the container I take you to.
